BUSI 4650U – Global Operations and Supply Chain Management This course covers strategic role of the supply chain, key strategic drivers of supply chain performance, and the tools and techniques for supply chain analysis. The course presents ways that managers can use in practice for the forefront of supply chain management and information technology in the supply chain. Distribution networks, sourcing and different sourcing activities including supplier assessment, supplier contracts, design coloration, and procurement; price and revenue management will be discussed.
